The PS 500 M2* is an excellent seeder for farmers and contractors with medium to large areas to be seeded and cultivated at the same time. It can be mounted on virtually any soil tillage implements. The fill level sensor**, factory installed, indicates when the seed level is getting low.
Also available in a corrosion-resistant PS 500 M2 D Fertilizer Edition, which can spread corrosive fertilizers, pesticides and other microgranules. The D Fertilizer Edition is hermetically sealed and cathodic dip coated (CDC; except the hydraulic fan) for corrosion resistance. Fertilizer applications are completed at a lower rate than seeding.
The seeds are fed from the seed tank via the electrically controlled seeding shaft into the air duct. Here, the seeds are conveyed by air support through plastic hoses to the dispersion plates, and then evenly distributed close to the soil. This enables precise seeding even by windy conditions!

The calibration button hugely simplifies the calibration test and can be fixed almost anywhere on the implement due to the integrated magnets. The hopper discharge of the implement can also be performed via the calibration button.

This bracket is mounted on the rearmost crossbar of the soil tillage implement so the spreader can be assembled. The platform kit includes an access platform, an operator platform and a bracket whose angle can be adjusted for the mounting of the Disc Spreader, Multi-Metering System or Pneumatic Seeder PS 120 - 500 (with electric or hydraulic fan).
The controller bracket can be mounted on an already existing Müller bracket (pipe).

I have mounted the PS 500 M2 on my power harrow and use it to sow catch crops and forage directly in front of the packer roller. Plus it additionally presses the seed. The field emergence is excellent!

We use the Apv spreader when planting and sowing our vegetables to apply nitrogen fertilizer directly at planting. This allows us to save between 10 and 20% of fertilizer, because we only apply fertilizer where there are plants.
In late summer autumn, the spreader is then mounted on our cultivator, a Köckerling Trio 300, to sow ZF mixtures and green rye.
