The tines of the APV Tined Weeder have a 13/16 in (20 mm) longer wear tip (compared to its competitors), which leads to a longer service life. Another significant advantage is the greater bend angle which ensures excellent harrowing results.
The tines are mounted in a tine spacing of 1 7/32 inches (31.25mm) and their main focus is on combating unwanted weeds. The fine tines are mounted in 6 rows and they are ideal for reducing unwanted weeds. The unwanted plants are pulled out, deposited and wither directly on the soil surface.
The tines penetrate the soil while harrowing to a maximum depth of 13/16 - 1 3/16 inches (2-3 cm) to break up and crumble the upper soil crust. This ensures better soil aeration and the capillarity is interrupted. However, the primary focus is on the control of unwanted weeds. 90% of the weed germs are decimated naturally by pulling them out of the soil and deposited them to wither.
Small but mighty: With the Tined Weeder harrow with a working width of 9.8 ft, you can easily decimate 90 % of weed seedlings without the use of chemicals. The fine tines pull out the weeds and deposited on the soil surface, where they wither and die.

The 9/32 in (7 mm) tines take care of the crucial work. They are arranged in a tine spacing of exactly 31.25 mm (1 7/32 inches) and in 6 rows. The main focus is on combating unwanted weeds. While the tines sweep over the soil, the weeds, which are in threads or germinating, are pulled out with the soil and deposited on the soil surface. There they wither and die. This means that approximately 90% of the weed germs are decimated.
