The precise spreading of seeds, fertilizer and plant protection granules helps you obtain excellent yield. With the Pneumatic Seeders Fertilizer Edition from APV you apply your spreading material efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner. The PS 120, 200, and 300 M1 D are professional seeders to be used in small and medium enterprises. They differ from each other by hopper size.

Operations

Using the electrically regulated metering roll, the seed enters the air channel where the electric/hydraulic fan conveys it through plastic hoses to the dispersion plates. From there it is evenly distributed near the ground. This enables precise seeding even when the wind is blowing.

Accessories

Calibration button

The calibration button hugely simplifies the calibration test and can be fixed almost anywhere on the implement due to the integrated magnets. The hopper discharge of the implement can also be performed via the calibration button.

Platform kit (incl. step)

This bracket is mounted on the rearmost crossbar of the soil tillage implement so the spreader can be assembled. The platform kit includes an access platform, an operator platform and a bracket whose angle can be adjusted for the mounting of the Disc Spreader, Multi-Metering System or Pneumatic Seeder PS 120 - 500 (with electric or hydraulic fan).

Controller bracket

The controller bracket can be mounted on an already existing Müller bracket (pipe).

Mounting kit hose coupler

For switching the PS between several soil tillage implements. The separation process can be done without tools.

Mounting kit P8 Y divider smooth

The P8 Y divider mounting kit includes 1 roll hose (82 ft), 8 dispersion plates, 4 hexagonal bars for the dispersion plate assembly, as well as 8 Y dividers.

Modular platform kit

This kit enables you to retrofit a platform including a step onto your soil tillage implement in order to easily access your seeder.

Power cable for tractors 26.2 ft

The 26.2 ft cable is screwed on the battery side directly with the battery poles and a 3-pin standard plug is mounted at the other end, which can be installed permanently in the tractor.

The cyclone shape achieves optimal air separation of seeds. This ensures optimal seed placement.

Fill level sensor for PS

The fill level sensor triggers an alarm on the controller if there is too little seed in the hopper.

Accessory kit for PS on 2nd soil tillage implement

The accessory kit contains the key parts for mounting the PS 120 - 500 on a second soil tillage implement. This means that these parts do not need to be dismantled and assembled. This kit includes 1 roll of hose 82 ft, 8 dispersion plates, articulated stud shafts, 4 hexagonal edging shafts 3.9 ft, 1 counter plate and 8 cable ties.
